The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 50-year-old Craig Walek pleaded as charged to two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of rape and one count of criminal sexual act.

He admitted to raping and sodomizing a child from August 2006 to October 2007 and videotaping those acts for his sexual gratification.

Walek faces up to 23 years in prison when he's sentenced in April.
