Bills release Terrence McGee
The Bills said goodbye to another veteran presence on defense this week. Monday, it was George Wilson and Nick Barnett; Thursday, cornerback Terrence McGee was released.
The Bills and McGee part ways after 10 seasons. Drafted in the 4th round in 2003, McGee started 91 of 122 gams for the Bills, with 17 career interceptions.
McGee was a standout in the return game. He holds the franchise records for kickoff return yards, attempts, and touchdowns.
McGee struggled at times to get on the field with injuries in recent years.
The team also announced the signings of quarterback Aaron Corp and offensive lineman Hutch Eckerson. Corp was with the Bills last May as an undrafted free agent. Eckerson was in Saints training camp last year.
