The local grocery chain says the recall affects whole wheat bread, sandwich, hamburger and hot dog rolls and pita bread.

All of the products are made under Wegmans “Food You Can Feel Good About” brand, and were sold between February 1 and 15th.

Wegmans says flour used in the breads may contain the mesh.

All products can be returned for a full refund.

Wegmans has recalled various Wegmans Brand bread products because an ingredient (flour produced by and supplied to Wegmans by Dakota Specialty Milling) may contain thin pieces of wire mesh. The recalled products were sold between February 1 and February 15, 2013.
