One Dead in Genesee County Crash
The Genesee County Sheriff's Department released the name of the victim involved in this morning's fatal crash Darien.
Deputies say Timothy Beszczynski, 25, of Darien died when he collided head on with an SUV on Route 238 in the Town of Darien just after 6 a.m.
The driver of the SUV was transported to Erie County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
