Police say 40-year-old Thomas Barone shot out the window of a village sidewalk plow Wednesday morning on Palmer Street.

The driver of the plow suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at Lake Shore Hospital.

Barone is charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, assault, and obstruction of governmental administration.

Police believe the incident stemmed from a dispute over plowing.
