Chautauqua County Sheriffs Deputies say the accident happened along Route 86 in the Town of Mina early Wednesday morning.

Because of poor visibility, a tractor trailer driven by 52-year-old Dale Legg was pulled over to the side of the road. A car driven by 39-year-old Matthew McBride of Pennsylvania was driving along 86, didn't see the truck, and crashed into it.

Esmeraldo McBride, 28, was inside the car, she's still recovering at a Pittsburgh hospital. One-year-old Achilles McBride was also in the car, and died from his injuries Saturday.

Matthew was treated and released from Hamot Medical Center. No charges are being filed in this accident.
