BUFFALO, N.Y. — The person accused of stabbing two Boulevard Mall security guards was arraigned Monday.

The Erie County District Attorney's office said Dardrequez Haynes, 25, stabbed the security guards after trying to steal from the Gap back in November.

Haynes ran away but was arrested a month later.

Authorities said Haynes, a prior felon, lied under oath during his grand jury testimony.

He faces charges of robbery, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and perjury.
