Woman grazed by bullet in Falls shooting
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Police are looking for the person responsible for shooting a 25-year-old woman in Niagara Falls.
According to police, Ebony Starks was sitting in her car on Cedar Avenue around 8 p.m. Sunday when she noticed a familiar car driving towards her.
Police said she recognized the people inside the car as people who are in a dispute with her boyfriend, and Starks got out of her car to talk to them. That's when three shots were fired at her. One of the bullets grazed Starks' head.
She was treated at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and released.
